We get a TON of email, so please, make sure that your question is not already answered on our web site. A couple of things to remember:

It may take us a few days to answer your question, so please be patient (Like I said we get a TON of email). If your question is urgent, by all means, call us... DEVICE SUPPORT LISTS for each of our products, and CURRENT RELEASE SOFTWARE are always available in the software section. If you're having a problem with our software and you don't have the latest version, chances are we already know about it, and have fixed it. It's always a good idea to download the latest version of our software from the software section and make sure the problem is still there.
